Its construction is made out of 10 Gauge steel and has a black powder coat finish. It increases the strength of the skid plates however once installed on them it cannot be removed without removing the skid plates as well.

It has a vented design for proper airflow and heat dissipation as well as a smooth surface that can easily slide over obstacles. It is made in the USA and all the installation instructions come with the product itself.
