Often referred to as the national dish of Mexico, Mole Poblano is loved around the world. We make our sauce with traditional ingredients such asraw organic cacao powder,ancho chiles, cinnamon, coriander and cumin.

Quinoa, Dried Black Beans, Winter Squash, Corn, Onion, Dried Butternut Squash, Dried Tomato Flakes, Poblano Pepper, Agave, Grapeseed Oil, Garlic, Cacao Powder, Sesame Seeds, Sea Salt, Cumin, Cinnamon, Ancho Chili Powder, Coriander, Fennel Seed, Dried Scallion, Dried Cilantro, Mexican Oregano.

Cacao This superfood is the raw, unprocessed version of cocoa. A main ingredient in our mole poblano sauce, it’s rich in antioxidants, fiber, iron and magnesium. Cacao is beloved for its rich, earthy flavor.

Quinoa Regarded as a superfood, quinoa is naturally gluten-free and contains the essential amino acids to be complete protein, all on its own. These little grains are packed with protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals.

Poblano Pepper A mild pepper on the heat scale, poblano has a unique flavor that is an essential ingredient in our mole poblano sauce. It’s rich in compounds known to act as antioxidants and to reduce inflammation.
