It is a free-standing awning however you can still deploy its legs if it gets too windy. It takes a few minutes to set up. This awning gives you a lot of space beneath it which you can use for outdoor cooking or just relaxing.
On the awning hard shell, there is an accessory rail system on which you can hang your shoe rack or even a storage rack.
